The sake we’ve been brewing here in the forest is finally ready.
Starting tomorrow, we’re releasing Mori No Sake, the very first sake from Mori No Brewery, available at our on-site shop, Mori No Wa.
With this release, Mori No Wa is moving from its pre-opening phase to its official grand opening.
Mori No Brewery is known for sparkling sake, but Mori No Sake is our only non-sparkling release.
It won’t be sold online and will be available only at the brewery and select shops in Hokkaido.
Paid tastings are also available at the shop.
We’re really happy to finally share Mori No Sake with you—
a sake made with care, through plenty of trial and error.
